    License a story driven collection built around a theme with a hero, coordinating prints and blender designs.

    License a single pattern from a collection; choose a floral or seasonal design, novelty, geometric or coordinate.

    License a design developed to fit your needs. Not a custom commission from scratch, but existing work adapted for you.

How Licensing Works

1. Get in touch. Tell me about your project, product category and timeline.

2. I'll send my full portfolio. You'll see everything, including work that isn't public.

3. We agree on terms. Product category, territory, term length and exclusivity.

4. Payment is received. Then the work begins to prepare design file(s).

5. File delivery. Print ready files will be provided to you.

Art Licensing FAQs

What is art licensing?

Art licensing is essentially renting the right to use one of my designs on your products for a set time, territory and category while I keep ownership of the artwork. You purchase the right to use the design but I keep the copyright.

What is a Non-Exclusive license?

A non-exclusive license allows you to use a design on your product while I am still free to license that same design to other brands, either in the same or different categories. It is the more affordable option and works well for brands that don't need exclusive use of the artwork.

What is an Exclusive license?

An exclusive license means that I won't license the design to anyone else within your specific product category or territory for the length of our agreement. It costs more than non-exclusive but is right for brands building a signature look around a print.

Where can I see your portfolio?

A sample of my work can be seen on my Portfolio page. I'm happy to share my full design library after we've started a conversation about your project. Just reach out and I'll send access your way.

Who owns the Copyright?

I retain copyright and ownership of all artwork. A license grants you the right to use a design but it does not transfer ownership of it.

Can you customize color and scale?

Yes, recoloring and rescaling might be a part of the licensing process so that a design can be adjusted to fit your product needs.

What type of file will I receive?

You'll receive a high resolution jpeg file of the seamlessly repeating pattern tile. If your production process requires a different file format or layered file, please let me know.

How much does a License cost?

Pricing depends on several factors including the type of license, product category and quantity so there is no flat rate. Please contact me through my License Inquiry Form to further discuss your project.
